Cultivation activities

As part of our forest management, we offer comprehensive services in the field of cultivation. The cultivation activities are carried out in cooperation with verified external companies. This means we can always guarantee compliance with the highest quality standards.
What does the cultivation process like? 

1. We prepare the area before the actual afforestation. 
   • We clean up the brushwood (burning, piling, transport for energy purposes) 
2. We will suggest the most suitable species composition for planting. 
   • We work together with the forest owner and always respect the specifics of the given site. We focus on the proper representation of the individual tree species in the forest cover.  
3. We take care of the planting itself. 
   • We have our proven seedling suppliers who supply the best quality planting material. However, if you want to use another supplier, this is no problem for us.  
4. We take proper care of the newly planted trees.  
   • To prevent immediate damage to the new seedlings, we apply protective coatings against wildlife and, if necessary, we also build fencing. 
5. We will protect your young forest plantation against weeds.  
   • This is done by trimming. This is an activity in which we cut out or cut down unwanted weeds, raspberries, brambles and other shrubs that could smother the new planting.
